By registering and using TransferLobby, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TransferLobby is a platform that connects football players with teams. Players can create profiles and browse team listings for free. Teams can browse player profiles and initiate contact using credits.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
• Each person may only have one account
• You must not impersonate another person or team

4. Pricing and Payments

• Player registration and profile creation is free
• Teams purchase credits to initiate contact with players
• Credit prices are displayed on the credits page before purchase
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Credits

• 1 credit is deducted when a team initiates contact with a player
• Credits are non-refundable once a contact request is sent
• Credits do not expire
• Promo codes may provide free credits and are subject to their own terms

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Create fake profiles or provide misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system or payment process
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect user data
• Share or redistribute contact information obtained through the platform

8. Anonymity and Contact

Player and team identities are anonymized until both parties mutually accept a contact request. This protects both parties from being contacted without consent. You agree not to attempt to identify users before mutual acceptance.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TransferLobby is a matching platform and does not guarantee successful placements. We are not responsible for the conduct of users offline or the outcome of any player-team relationship formed through the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you and may require your acceptance before continuing to use the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Finland.
